Small menu fixes:
- after selecting the device in Select device dialog, the player is also automatically selected (you do not have to select the tick confirmation button underneath the device)
- extra id number in device selection, to differentiate between multiple devices of same model. (eg. for 2 xbox gamepads it used to be: XInput Gamepad and XInput Gamepad, now it will be XInput Gamepad 1 and XInput Gamepad 2)
