When you develop a game to be published and played worldwide, you need to think about the story line, the gameplay settings, the art, the sound effects, the music… that will attract and captivate players from all continents. You also have to make sure that the game is easily accessible to all, in terms of colour blindness or languages for example. The development team of The Kaiyo Mission definitely agreed that all these requirements were necessary if we wanted to build a strong and engaged community. That is why we have worked really hard to ensure that these features would be available in The Kaiyo Mission. For instance, we have implemented as many languages as we could in the game. We worked with family, friends, people we met at conventions, people we never met in person but were highly recommended, to offer The Kaiyo Mission in 13 languages so far. English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, Bavarian, Arabic, Chinese (traditional), Portuguese (Brazil), Turkish as well as Basaa and Swahili make The Kaiyo Mission a unique game to play. With Bavarian just implemented a few days ago and with two more languages in the pipeline, Japanese and Russian, we hope to reach even more gamers and increase our visibility in the gaming community. Therefore, we encourage you to join The Kaiyo Mission on Steam and try our free demo in the preferred language of your choice (hopefully we have it covered 😉!)
