Dear Players,
Due to a work oversight, the bundle "LSP Dark Yuri Bundle" released on December 20 encountered an issue. The discount rate was mistakenly set to -71% instead of the intended -17%. The bundle launch coincided with the start of the Winter Sale at 2:00 AM, and a platform outage prevented immediate correction by our staff. Additionally, communication errors and delayed follow-up by relevant personnel further hindered prompt rectification, ultimately resulting in a large number of users purchasing the bundle at an abnormally low price.
This incident has impacted two games: DreamlessGirl by REZEROR STUDIO and The Street of Adrift by Caramel-Mocha Studio. The mistake caused significant losses to both studios and negatively affected players who recently purchased the games at higher prices. Our brand reputation and the trust of our partners were also damaged.
Here, we sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this error. We are truly sorry!
Issue Resolution
After the issue occurred, we immediately contacted REZEROR STUDIO and Caramel-Mocha Studio to explain the causes and circumstances in detail. Both studios showed initial understanding and stated that as long as remedial measures are properly implemented, lessons are learned, and similar issues are prevented, they would refrain from pursuing further responsibility. We deeply appreciate the studios' generosity.

After corrections, the bundle returned to its original price on December 21, ensuring no impact on existing users’ games or future purchases by new users.
Remedial Measures
To address the unfairness caused to players who recently purchased these games, we will implement the following measures:
-
[] Refunds for price differences: Users who purchased either game between December 12, 00:00 AM and December 20, 02:00 AM can apply for a refund of the price difference caused by the erroneous discount. LSP will bear the cost of these refunds.
[] Application method: Please submit your purchase and payment information by January 6 at the following link: https://www.wjx.top/vm/QfoUEYW.aspx.
- Refund timeline: After verifying the information, we will complete the refunds by January 15.
Appreciation for New Players
While this error has led to an unintended encounter, we are delighted that more players can experience these games. We are very grateful for your purchase and hope this opportunity allows you to appreciate the exceptional value and charm of these titles. We look forward to your feedback on your gaming experience.
Commitment to Improvement
We understand the harm this incident has caused to the trust of our players and partners, and we have learned a profound lesson. To prevent similar issues in the future, we will enhance our inspection processes, strengthen communication, and improve responsiveness. We welcome supervision from players and partners alike. Your trust is our most cherished asset. LSP will continue striving to provide better services in the future.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
Once again, we extend our sincerest apologies to all players, REZEROR STUDIO, and Caramel-Mocha Studio, and thank you for your support and understanding!
