A hotfix to address some issues with Heart of Darkness and survivor behaviour.

Fixes
Fixed an issue where survivors could get stuck if they performed a jump off a ledge but a zombie blocks it. This commonly happens by the trench in the Bowen St Construction Site, for example.
Fixed an issue where players who load a previous save from the original Heart of Darkness release can automatically fail the plan, if that save was from after Bowman leaves the shelter.
