This update makes it possible to run Blockscape from Steam.
[x] Should be able to set plastic reflectivity/specular per block type.
[x] Body parts should not be specular
[x] Swan should not be specular
[x] Dye should not be specular
[x] Butterfly wings should not be specular
[x] Add user context to avoid collision between steam and blockscape users
[x] Upgrade internal user ids to match steam user ids.
[x] Running from Steam with account that owns the game should force steam user details and bypass login module
[x] Texts are cutoff in the help menu section
[x] Add ',' character to default font set
[x] Add '+' character to default font set
[x] Better looking window block types (window, frame, inner frame)
[x] Should be able to toggle brick pattern per block type
[x] Remove brick patterns on bars and window blocks.
