Hello everyone, I am the dev for Christmas Cats. I'm excited to be working on Christmas Cats, and I want to share a few ideas of some of my goals are for Christmas Cats.
- Final release date Christmas 2023
- 10 unlockable levels
- Hidden cookies to find in each level which help unlock other upgrades/levels
- Overworld
- Voice acted and cinematic shots at start/end of each level
- rat enemy NPC characters
- powerup presents
- Ramps meant for cats
What is currently in Christmas Cats
- You play as one of the 4 main Christmas Cats who can either: run on all fours, or ride a sled
- One level (other than the overworld)
- Collectable powerups that fill your magic gauge
- 4 player split screen
- Presents that launch from the front of your sled
- Ramps that lead into houses (meant for presents only, no kitties allowed)
- Presents get boosted by ramp
- King rat (villain) is ready to act
- Santa (gets ratnapped) is ready to go
