Update v0.7.2 – Japanese Languages and Steam Goodies
We are back with another regular patch that brings important new features, improvements and long-awaited localization updates.
Since the release of version 0.7 we have been working hard every single day to polish the experience and expand the game further. Today we are excited to welcome even more survivors from around the world as we add full support for Japanese.
We are also happy to reveal that Steam community items for Plains of Pain are now live. You can now collect badges, backgrounds and emoticons inspired by our scorched world.

New Language Support
Full Japanese localization added to the game
Mark Learned Blueprints
All item blueprints now show if you have already learned them in the item description
Improved NPC Movement
Armed NPCs now use more advanced movement including crouching and directional side steps
This improves how combat feels against faction enemies and other armed units
Steam Community Items
You can now unlock and collect Plains of Pain themed Steam badges, emoticons and backgrounds
