Since the last update of the game yesterday, it seems that we have some problems with the microsoft account emails (MSN, Hotmail, & co).
We're working on the issue, and it should be fixed soon. If you're in a real hurry, you can enter another email on the connexion page (Gmail for example) and it should work. :)
