- Changed to allow goals to be completed out of order
- Changes to add helper text to show where the science progress indicator is.
- Changes to make the animation for the Main Hud goal text happen only after the goal popup is closed (so that the goal text is less likely to be overlooked).
- Fixed issue where UI elements wouldn't block building placement.
