Patch notes (Demo Builds 0.3 through 0.3.2)

For Demo build 0.3.2:
- Fixed issue where some resources were omitted from the resource list, and other resources were listed twice.
- Fixed issue with disaster graphics not showing.

For Demo build 0.3.1:
- Fixed an issue where the Quit button on the Main Menu didn't work.

For Demo build 0.3:
- Improved appearance of clouds.
- Fixed issue where research labs wouldn't contribute science points when not working on a project.
