- Added button to toggle UI feedback.
- Fixed issue where the hide UI button didn't work, and changed it to F10 instead of delete.
- Changed so that building tooltips show up on shipments from Earth screen.
- Changes to address warning text being cut off.
- Added sound effects to goal and planetary science mission complete popups, but only when these things were successful. Also added new visual effects for these dialogs when successful.
