We've been brought in by the Lead Developer to maintain Lie of Caelum while he focuses on Spirit. Our job is to fix any issues that come up and respond to community feedback.
Our first step: We've reorganized the project files for better stability and fixed several common issues reported in the community tab.
Important: Save file location changed: Your save files will no longer be in the game folder. The new location is:
C:/Users/YourUserName/Saved Games/Lie of Caelum/userdata/Saves
If you have a backup of your saves, you can move them to the new folder. One more thing to note is you will need to copy your global.rpgsave to the userdata folder. You're also free to move your config.rpgsave to the same folder. If you don't have a backup, you'll need to start a new playthrough. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The Lead Developer is focused on Spirit, but we know the original game has been gaining new players thanks to the upcoming sequel's visibility. Our role is to make sure your experience here is as smooth as possible.
