- Further increased the likelihood of exits in The Pools
- Increased chances for scale puzzle in the pools.
- Added chance for a second loot room in the scale puzzle pool.
- Side room unlocked from Scale Puzzle is guaranteed to have an emitter if one is not currently in inventory and at least one module has been installed into the gateway.
- Respirator Filters can now spawn in cabinets.
- Sanity based Level 0 Variant grid is now larger.
- Insanity wall insect effects are improved and less likely.
- Refrigerators can have more loot
