Chapter Menu and Replay menu updated

Lowered the alpha amount so the buttons are still slightly visible.
The buttons weren't always refreshing until restarting the game. Added a function to refresh the dictionary that the chapter and replay menu is based on each time a chapter goes through. So it will change available from False to True within that set of information so it shows correctly.
