As the new content development progresses and considering future official release plans and Steam platform policies, we have decided to increase the standard selling price of "Dream Sketcher" from ￥36 to ￥48 starting on July 24, 2023, Beijing time.
There are two core reasons for choosing to increase the price at this time:
1.In the official version, we will expand the content to include 6 scripts and 6 investigator characters, as well as additional scenario difficulty options, character growth and customization, and more basic features. Continuing to sell the game at the original price of ￥36 will put us under significant cost recovery pressure and will not be conducive to stable development of new content in the future. The new adjusted price is still within the low range for indie games, and we still maintain our pricing strategy of "small profits and high sales."
2.According to Steam platform policy, the game cannot be discounted within 30 days after a price increase, so we chose to complete the price increase operation before the official release to avoid affecting the subsequent special sale activity plans.
This price increase will not affect players who have already purchased "Dream Sketcher", and new scripts, characters, and features in the official release version can be updated for free. Of course, if you purchase "Dream Sketcher" before July 24, you can still enjoy the price of ￥36.
