Update 0.6.12

- Improved the ability to specify the quantity when discarding items.
- When in item selection mode, you can now press the interaction button to view the details of the focused drop item.
- Added a slight delay to the confirmation button when selecting hero abilities.
- Fixed an issue where the game could become unresponsive during language selection.
- Fixed a bug where the FPS settings were not functioning correctly.
