Release 1.4.2 hotfix 2 notes

Fixes:

- objects disappearing on “Clash on Blackcliff” and on “Raid on Refinery”
- spawning in terrain on “Clash on Blackcliff”
- flare glare effect missing
- chat doesn't switch to match tab when joining a lobby
- joining the wrong ship
