We've pushed an update which addresses some issues you've reported:
Fixed a progression blocker in the Lost City of Frogopolis quest line
Fixed an issue which could cause plunge plates to remain locked in the Overgrown Quarry dungeon after enemies were killed
Fixed an issue where enemies could spawn on top of awnings in the Shrouded Bazaar
Removed some logging that could result in very large log files
