Yes, it's life! Alright, this is the first of, I hope, many status updates on the progress. Right now, I have the plot worked out, main chars, and a working tech demo. I am still far from full release and intend to be out as a full, not EA release. I am very excited; I know it's just an RPG Maker game, but as someone with PTSD who struggles in real life, I feel for this game and want to make it right.
The following steps for me are to keep working on the game and get it polished enough for its first short teaser trailer. I have some issues about why this game is so important to me, so I am taking this one step at a time—but hoping to keep anyone who follows this page in the loop with updates at least once a month. The biggest issue with that is my anxiety had it mapped out for the next three steps, and getting this page live, and the public was next on the list, making fear go crazy as I tried to skip ahead to my next step of getting this game ready for her first trailer.
Thanks for checking this out; I'm not sure how many people I can captivate with what I got here now; sure, I will be doing a lot of work in the coming months to improvise this page and the game itself. So here is hoping anyone reading this will be at the finish line when I get this game ready for release, which now has no set date. As I said, I don't want to skimp on this low-budget first game ever, sure, but I don't have to rush it out.
