Difficulty modes have been added to the game! These include Casual and Retro modes!

Casual Difficulty
Casual Difficulty is basically easy mode. If you like to just collect things in a platformer without the need to redo sections from dying and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing the hub world light up and expand from your collectable hunting skills, you will feel at home here.
This mode is for players who are looking for a more peaceful and cozy experience. If you enjoy the calmness you get from playing as a certain purple dragon, then casual mode is for you.

Retro Difficulty
Retro difficulty is for players who want the old school feeling when playing a 3d platformer. Checkpoint's do not heal Bolt and he is not healed at all during Boss Battles. If you don't mind redoing sections and like to get a sense of achievement from finally being able to beat a tough section or boss battle, you will find your most rewarding moments here.
This mode is for gamers who are looking for a more challenging experience. If you like the thrill you get whilst playing as a certain bandicoot, then retro mode is for you.

Extra Info
Steam Achievements are achievable on both difficulty settings! The difficulty can be selected at the start of the game and can also be changed again in the hub world staff room or before a boss battle by interacting with the difficulty machine (See Below) Returning players also have access to this!
