Hey people! It is being a while, but I've been working hard all this time! This update comes with many improvements from player's feedback, mostly quality of life improvements.
Changelog:
Combat Options (options on the right side of the action bar + options on the bottom-right corner of the screen)
UI
Changed icons and the UI
Icon showing the currently selected option
Text showing the command
Tooltips
Mechanics
Strike Styles:
Adjustments to bonuses and penalties
Increased damage of straight attacks, lower hit chance, higher damage variability
Random Style: the chance to pick a style is now 50% (no weapon-specific chances)
Dual wielding: both attacks are now restricted to the same style (+ new double straight attack animation)
Defense Priority:
Blocking defenses have a bonus against swing attacks
No penalties; no block after a dodge when dodge is selected
Give up attack to defend: more safety time when attacking while being attacked
Combat stance animations specific to each Strike Style
Combat Modes
Strong: 10% attack penalty
Defensive: allows attacks (with penalty), causes hesitation
Combat stance animations specific to each Combat Mode
Perforation damage now scales 50% less with Strength. This improves the Fast Attack mode, as strike strength reduction does not lower the damage as much.

A second update: the first area of Chapter 1 was developed, but it is not included in the demo. It contains new enemies, like barbarians, goblins, a juvenile dragon, and, of course, stronger cultists. After this update, I will focus again on developing Chapter 1, so you won't see updates for some time here on Steam.
