Here's a look at some features we've implemented so far:
- Trade Routes: The recently introduced trade routes are a big step towards reducing micromanagement. These routes allow you to automatically stock your equipment vendors, ensuring your heroes have the gear they need to conquer any foe.
- Daily Quests: Focus on the bigger picture with daily quests! This feature lets you automatically post new quests as your heroes complete them, keeping your quest board full of fresh challenges.
- Crafting Templates: Crafting is a cornerstone of A Hero's Rest, and we've made it easier than ever with crafting templates. Now you can create and save your favorite equipment designs for effortless crafting.
- Custom Difficulty: The Mutator System lets you tailor your experience within the game. Whether you crave a challenging test of your skills or a more relaxed playstyle, the Mutator System empowers you to craft your ideal journey.
A Glimpse into the Future (Patch v0.9):
We're thrilled to announce that development on the highly anticipated v0.9 update is well underway! Here's a look at what awaits you:
- Automated Refill for Consumables: Say goodbye to empty shelves! Patch v0.9 introduces crafting slots for the Innkeeper and Apothecary. Assign them specific recipes, and they'll automatically craft a set number of items to keep your stock brimming. Focus on your Heroes and their adventures, not your inventory!
- Party & Dungeons: A New Challenge Awaits! Prepare for epic adventures in v0.9! Dungeons are coming! Challenging group encounters designed to test the mettle of your most seasoned heroes. Equip your heroes for battle and face down formidable foes for legendary rewards!
