Dwarven Realms is having its First Sale!

Our current season has been extended by an extra three weeks, giving you more time to delve into the wonders of Dwarven Realms! Reach level 10, join our discord, and claim your very own Elder Stag of the Myrahnian Druids Mount for free. But that's not all! There's an extraordinary chance to snag one of the most epic mounts in the game – the elusive Gobble. It's out there somewhere; can you uncover its secret drop location?

AS season 17 is now underway, a reminder it will be an extended one, lasting for four weeks. Here are some essential points to keep in mind:

While we acknowledge that there's still a lot to be done in terms of fixes, tweaks, and balance, we're focusing on two key pillars for this release: Gameplay and Core Loop, and Performance.

Gameplay Changes:
Jump Removal: After testing the game without the jump feature, we found that gameplay becomes more challenging and realistic. The absence of jumping requires players to be mindful of their position, heightening the action and difficulty.

Rupture Mob Grinding:
We're revamping the base loop for mob grinding in ruptures. Mobs will now spawn in waves that gradually increase with an RNG factor. The longer you stay in a rupture and grind, the more enemies you'll face. However, after reaching a peak point, the numbers will decrease until the next peak. This dynamic system introduces strategic challenges, especially in higher-level ruptures.

Mob Stacking:
Basic melee mobs can now stack on top of each other, adding an extra layer of complexity. Combined with the removal of jumping, this forces players to be mindful of their position and stay vigilant against incoming enemies.

Performance Changes:
We've overhauled how enemies behave on a technical level, with most changes meant to be seamless. However, as this rewrite affects a significant portion of the game, be prepared for potential breaking bugs. If you encounter any oddities during gameplay or combat, please let us know, and we'll address them promptly.

Note for Hardcore Players: If you're on a hardcore character, consider waiting before updating, starting a new test character, or preparing for a challenging experience. Be aware of potential risks and embrace the changes cautiously.

As always there might be more changes or fixes that we overlooked or forgot to add so stay vigilant. Additionaly these changes are just a base line that will allow us to add and change a lot of other features that we want to introduce later.
