Update v1.2.2

• Fix: In Daily Mode, the "Random Level" card could block the player input.
• Fix: In ingame settings some controller icons where being shown even when using keyboard and mouse.
• Fix: Daily Quest mode card tooltip fixed.
• Fix: Now you can check the Next Level cards when using a controller.
• Fix: Tutorial could be locked if incorrect input was used.
