When a vassal is ordered to take down a bandit, the command to take down the bandit is now displayed even if the happiness of the base is 100.
When a vassal is in a military exercise, the training level does not exceed 100.,
　The CPU's citizen's happy does not exceed 100 when the CPU performs a Happy up and has the ability [Entire].
　The actual inheritance rate for some cheat level abilities is 0% regardless of the displayed inheritance rate, but this was not being reflected.
