Bugs Fixed:
- If an additional player backed out of the character select screen their build icons would become active and stay on screen and their sprite would stay active and the first players sprite would become inactive
- Each player besides the first was missing their coin icon
- Clicking on "Arcade" before it was unlocked will still play the sound effect as if it was unlocked
