Added rage for superattacks. It will appear as a new bar on top of the screen, you will accumulate it when killing enemies. The superattacks will cost 1,2,3... complete bars.
New map: The island. A military base deep inside a tropical island with some surprise in it.
MLRS: New enemy, long range artillery vehicle.
Test on going to have much more enemies on the level, test now on the island map with the soldiers in the base.
