Greetings, commanders!
The Great Leader's security forces have identified a major bug.
In previous builds, it was impossible to save Robin from being arrested. In version 1.2, Robin's loyalty system has been overhauled so she can be properly saved if you play your cards right.
The saboteurs responsible for this bug have been purged.
In all seriousness, thanks for everyone's patience with me resolving this issue - and hopefully some of you can get that happy ending you've always wanted!
Read ahead for spoilers.

Robin's alignment is either Protester or Loyalist. If you joined the Reformist League in the prologue, she starts out as a Protester. Otherwise, she's a Loyalist. Her loyalty is tracked through a hidden points system.
Throughout the game, you are presented with a series of opportunities to either encourage Robin's views, or nudge her towards the opposite side of the spectrum. Each choice adds or subtracts her loyalty score.
It takes two points to nudge her the first time, and then she begins to grow uncertain of her views. If you nudge her one more time, she changes sides. Otherwise, encouraging her pushes her score closer to where she started.
To prevent Robin from being arrested, you must change her view from where she started. If she started as a protester, she must become a loyalist -- and vise versa.
