We would like to inform you about the additional fixes deployed with the Jan. 15th, 2026 Scheduled Update, as well as some of the known issues that will be addressed via a hotfix.

[ Additional Fixes Deployed with the 1/15 Update ]
※ The following changes were applied through the Jan. 15th Scheduled Update.
▶ Fixed an issue where, if the game's FPS was set to 60 or Auto, the voiceline of certain Main Story Chapters did not automatically proceed after the credit roll.
Affected Main Story chapters: Chapter 3, Chapter 4, Chapter 7, and Chapter 8
▶ Fixed an issue where certain touch input areas did not function properly when The Index Proxy - Effloresced E.G.O::Procuration Don Quixote's Uptie illustration was set on the lobby screen
▶ Fixed an issue where certain background images were not displayed in Main Story 4-2
▶ Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions while progressing the Main Story, the story could be manually skipped when the Golden Bough Resonance animation played
▶ Adjusted the UI so that Chapter 9's banner is highlighted after Chapter 8.5 - Spring Cultivation is cleared for the first time
▶ Fixed an issue where a sepia-toned background was displayed instead of black-and-white in The Lord of Hongyuan Hong Lu's Identity Uptie Story
[ To-be Hotfixed ]
▶ (EN Only) Fixed an issue where, under certain circumstances, the translations for Yi Sang and Ryōshū's "Great Trichiliocosm" E.G.O Passives did not load
▶ (JP Only) Fixed an issue where, in Main Story Stage 9-42, the voicelines and scenes did not match
▶ (EN Only) Shortened the new Keyword in Ryōshū's new E.G.O "Great Trichiliocosm" E.G.O
- Before : Deal more damage on Critical Hit
- After : Crit DMG Up
▶ (JP Only) An issue where an unintended Keyword highlight occurs for a certain enemy's Skill description

※ We are currently investigating the following issues, and will inform you via a separate update notice once they are resolved.
▶ An issue where, in a certain Encounter, if Sinners are all killed at the same time as the enemies are, the Sinners' corpse sprites are used in the following victory cutscene
▶ An issue where, for Ryōshū's "Great Trichiliocosm" E.G.O, damage dealt against Shield HP does not count toward gaining the effect "Entangled Life"
▶ An issue where, in a certain Encounter, a specific cutscene plays at an incorrect timing
▶ An issue where, in Main Story Stage 9-39, a certain character's story sprite is incorrectly assigned
▶ An issue where, in "Spring Cultivation," the assist unit Jia Xichun's Skills & Passives become invisible
▶ (JP Only) An issue where a certain character in Canto 9 has an incorrect name
