Hello, this is Project Moon.
We have identified that the difficulty of the new Thread Luxcavation added with the Jan. 8th update was set higher than intended.
As Luxcavations are designed as daily challenges, we are currently reviewing tests and live gameplay data to prepare difficulty adjustments so that our Managers can engage the content more comfortably.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unoptimized difficulty setting of the Thread Luxcavation.
However, immediate deployment of the adjustments is difficult, as it may affect the system stability of Canto 9 development and requires that we conduct a more thorough testing for proper adjustment of values. For this reason, the difficulty adjustment for Thread Luxcavation is scheduled to be implemented in the Jan. 15 Scheduled Update.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
Further details will be announced via a separate notice.
