Added a custom games lobby system: You can now wait in a pre-game lobby and choose your team before starting the match

You will no longer backfill into matches with less than 1 minute to go OR a 3 or larger goal difference
Backfills are limited to 10 per match total to avoid a ship of Theseus or backfilling people into faulty matches

Added a "Purchase Tokens" button in outfit/appearance since it was not easily found before
