Hey everyone!
This patch bring a couple of small fixes and some additional debugging things for us to troubleshoot the desync issue that is still going on.
Bug fixes:
* Fixed a crash / application hang when switching vSync on or off (DirectX 12)
* Fixed an issue that caused bots to stop progressing when playing with mods that add new production buildings for existing items
* Fixed a power related desync issue
Enjoy!
