Greetings, aspiring server owners!
We are excited to share the latest update for Server Owner Tycoon, which focuses on the staff update. In this update, we'll talk about the changes we have made to the staff system and how we made it more alive.
Quick Recap:
- New In-Office Staff Update
- Improved Management and Efficiency
- Enhanced Staff Satisfaction
In-Office Staff Update
We're introducing a new feature that will make managing your staff even more engaging and immersive. We've listened to your feedback and implemented an in-office staff update that will transform your experience of running your online business.
What does this update entail? Well, in the past, your staff were only visible on a UI panel, and you couldn't see them working. But now, your staff members will be moving around your office in real-time. You'll see them actively performing tasks, chatting with each other, and moving between different workstations. This visual representation of your team will allow you to monitor their progress and intervene if necessary. You'll be able to assign tasks more efficiently and provide support to your staff members when needed.
Your staff is primarily managed in-office but you can now choose to have them work remotely, which will make it harder to satisfy and monitor them but will reduce your overall per employee costs.
Improved Management and Efficiency
But it's not just about managing your team more effectively. Managing your staff’s work in real-time will also increase their job satisfaction and happiness. They'll feel more connected to their work and feel like they're part of a thriving company. This will improve their overall performance and ensure that your server is running at full efficiency.
Staff Satisfaction
Your staff's satisfaction influences their behavior:
Scolding them, not training them, not actively participating in your server's life or being too greedy with the money will cause their satisfaction to decrease.
Providing them with benefits, better gear and praises on the other hand, will increase their satisfaction and engagement towards you, your server and your community.
It is good to remember that unhappy staff are more likely to sabotage you, while satisfied staff will go the extra mile, often without needing extra pay. A balance one must find to keep its server alive.
We hope you enjoy this new feature and look forward to hearing your feedback. As always, please feel free to reach out to us with any comments or suggestions you may have.
Thank you for supporting Server Owner Tycoon, and we'll see you in the virtual office!
