Dev Log #7

Added:
- Execution feature.
- Pick-up weapon mechanics.
- New weapon: Long Axe.

Fixed:
- Stonehammer no shooter bug.
- Maggotlord can't attack bug.

Changed:
- Shield blocking now based on direction.
- Arrows and bodies no longer disappear.
