Edgar's Poetical Nightmare 2.0.1 Patch

This is an important patch for Edgar's Poetical Nightmare that fixes issues in the game.
-Fixed inverted keyboard controls
-Fixed crash when starting level 3
-Added pipe above spike pit making it easier to hit switch on level 1
-Added spikes below cogs preventing getting stuck and dying instead.
-Edgar now has faster movement speed than before making certain puzzles easier.
-Fixed a race condition that could cause a crash when loading save games.
-Fixed a bug that would not load game and return to main menu.
-Switch to C++ for optimized performance on Windows.
