*Made sure the Steam build comes with Chapter M as a pack-in.
*Fixed not being able to boot a new game of Chapter 2.
*Fixed Sanya not being able to transform at a campfire.
*Fixed Christine's transformations now showing the flash-white bit.
*Fixed 55 and SX-399 not appearing in the form/job change menu.
