Patch 1.0.6.1

Full list of changes:

1. Fixed receiving of achievement "a", if you cant recieve this achievement in version 1.0.6.1, then go into achievements menu from the game main menu, and start (thanks to AFAK for checking new achievements faster then me);
2. Fixed achievements synchronization, which stopped at 32%.

This patch was not planned, but the problem are serioгs, so the pach released at March 28.
