Minor update to balance a Legacy Achievement series, report correct starting Argen for Inheritance Legacy and fix an issue with the triggering of the "Never Tell Me the Odds" Achievement
- Improvements:
- Starting Argen reported by Inheritance store item now includes bonuses from Labor Negotiations and Cosmic Payraise (these bonuses were already being applied correctly in fact).
- Increase requirements for Bomber Legacy Achievement series to balance with other similar Achievements.
- Fixes:
- Fix issue where the "Never Tell Me the Odds" Achievement would trigger when not all of the conditions have been met.
