Hello everyone! It's been a little while! Over a year since the release in fact!
I can't believe I'm about to say this - but today I'm happy to announce that Tales from The Dancing Moon will release on the Nintendo eShop on the 01/10/2026 - compatible with both Nintendo Switch 1 and Switch 2!
I have always developed Tales from The Dancing Moon with the mindset that it should work well on a handheld device. This is why I was able to get Steamdeck verified relatively quickly, and after all this time I am happy to bring it to more handheld platforms for people to enjoy.
Visit the eShop on your Nintendo Switch device and search for Tales from The Dancing Moon or scroll the "Coming Soon" section until you find it. Add it to your Wishlist to keep up to date on it's release!
Update 1.1
This milestone also brings good news for PC/Steamdeck players - as I am also releasing a Version 1.1 update at the same time!
This means the version of the game will be the same across all platforms.
Understandably the focus of this update is on the handheld experience and performance optimisation. Even though the game is already Steamdeck Verified - I'm happy to say the handheld experience will be even better with these changes and fixes!
