Enhancements:
Added Friendly Target lines for Cast and Attack
Created Attack Priority System for Raid Parties, Dark Lords, and Bosses
Enchanters now wait for enemies to apply buffs
Healers now heal only when target threshold is below HP/MP to give
Bug Fixes:
Corrected teleporter behavior to spawn Evolved Bosses when teleporting everyone
Fixed bug that displayed enchant times incorrectly on Player Detail HUD
Fixed big that removed buffs prior to expiration time
