Multiplayer hotfix
1. Fixed a problem with incorrect display of skins of weapons
2. Fixed an issue that could result in duplicates of dropped weapons in multiplayer
3. Fixed an issue due to which money earned in multiplayer was not saved after the end of the session
4. Fixed an issue due to which it was impossible to start the third co-op level
