Contagion is currently participating in the Steam Autumn Sale and looks like our Daily 75% is over but the 50% is still available for a short time! Valve confused some numbers in favor of our fans so grab it cheap for $7.49 or for the 4 pack at $22.49 before the sale ends! But remember Contagion is still "Early Access" which means we've got quite a lot of new content, weapons, maps, features, and more to come like our upcoming patch which will include a new firearm which we'll reveal shortly (My favorite weapon of all time for those that know me). Of course after Full Release all DLC will be free as promised and we're still dedicated to releasing on Linux and Mac as well as releasing our SDK/Workshop so the community can do what they do best! Break my stuff :( J/K :D Keep the game interesting as we all love to overdo it and seek out our next fix.
Why Contagion? Cause we had an itch to scratch and apparently we we weren't the only ones. After 10+ years of developing games focused on the Zombie Genre we sincerely feel we've got something spectacular. When we look at the custom built shaders, features, particles, assets, and soooo much more we find ourselves a tad overwhelmed by what we could accomplish until the community reminds us with their kindness and support.
It's still important to research for yourself which is why we run a weekly Series/Giveaway giving back to those who've supported us through "Friday Frenzy". During this weeks episode we discuss our upcoming map Barlowe Square and more as well as some sillyness. Have a look before you commit to anything!
