It has come to our attention that the severity of network connection errors over the last month or so has increased, causing the following: -
1) network errors leading to failed transactions in the shop, hence causing items from the purchase to remain unaccredited to the player account in some cases.
2) network errors leading to the consumption of items without progressing the content unlock or without unlocking the threads and
3) network errors leading to failure to receive items from lost luggage, therefore using up the luggage in the process
