Dash City is the newest stage addition to Smack Studio! This stage features a moving platform and the sights and sounds of a cityscape. Stick around and maybe grab a slice of pizza. 🍕
This stage was made by our wonderful Kickstarter backer Moon-Doggie!

We've made some additional updates as well:
Stage updates:
- Added a "Hazards Enabled" checkback on the stage select screen (as you've already seen)
- Increased running acceleration a bit on Snow Fields ice
Controls:
- Added an option to use C-stick for tilt attacks
- Added an option to double tap to dash (this is the new default setting for keyboard)
- Added an option to dash automatically (if set, the Dash/Walk button causes the player to walk)
- Allow buffering an action into dash by holding left or right (previously caused the player to walk)
- Holding c-stick will no longer trigger frame-perfect attacks back-to-back (players must release the C-stick to trigger a new attack, to avoid exploits)
- With a dash button set, tapping on the control stick no longer triggers a dash
- Key names didn't always fit inside the squares on the keyboard settings screen
Character editor enhancements:
- Added a delete button for projectiles
- Added a separate New button for hitboxes and hurtboxes (previously both were created using the same button)
- Added an "edit" button for animation rigs and projectiles, to avoid confusion about what to click
Character editor bug fixes:
- Occasional crash seen for some players: "CreateD3D11Texture2D"
- If we fail to load a character, warn the user and return to the main menu (don't crash)
- Weird values get pulled into Projectile Properties window by default
- When creating a projectile, hitboxes don't appear until returning from Test Play
- Selecting a player hitbox or hurtbox causes it to move upward slightly
- Crash: switch characters then hit test play: "UActionsPaneWidget::GetActionBoolParams"
- Crash: add a projectile, undo, go into test play, return, and try to redo to recreate the projectile
Steam Workshop updates:
- Automatically download the most recent version of Workshop items when you launch the game
