Twitch Integration:
- added Twitch Chat message limit, 10 messages per second for twitch Integration to prevent FPS drop caused my too many messages in a short amount of time.
- In-game Twitch Chat box will clear every 3 seconds to prevent FPS drop due to too many messages stored in the Text field.
- Lowest cooldown for twitch commands increased to 5 seconds.
