Hey, Early Access players!
We’re kickstarting a new week here at Gambrinous after celebrating our Launch Party last Friday. It was a super night all around and really wonderful to celebrate the milestone of reaching Early Access (We even had themed cocktails!).
This week we’re back at it, and having a mull over a few things as usual, thanks to your feedback. Keep it coming.

Signalling!
While we’re proponents of discovering things and puzzles on your own, there are definitely elements of actual gameplay that deserve stronger signalling to help the player understand why / how things are happening. Be it an explanation as to why you’ve suddenly appeared in another room after getting hit by an enemy, or trying to explain that an item is more powerful/rewarding than the one you have in hand. We’re on it.

Settings
Currently, we have basic settings in place, which we prioritised for the Early Access launch, but we intend to expand on them. We are also planning accessibility consultations as we continue to build our game. While we don’t have the scope to implement everything, it’s still something we’re conscious of.
