Yes, there are 2 historical campaigns : 1512 and 1630.
1512 Campaign is campaign where Portuguese presence start from Mallaka and begin to expand in Indonesia archipelago. Majapahit replaced with Demak, first sultanate in Java.

1630 Campaign is campaign where VOC (Dutch East India Company) become more strong in Indonesia archipelago from repel the 2nd Mataram invasion in Batavia, control spices trade in Mollucas, and more! Srivijaya replaced with Sultanate of Palembang, Mallaca replaced with Johor, and Demak replaced with Mataram.
