Changes
Combined Blessing Announcements into a single announcement (It always used to split into 2)
The Shirakaze Fan has been completely reworked from the ground up and will now be known as Cursed Staff (Blunt Weapon).
This change is intended to give the weapon a more distinct identity away from Fan Weapons, making sure Fans in general stay Sand exclusive. Cursed Staff promotes new build possibilities, particularly for Intellect-focused glass cannon builds.
The crafting materials remain unchanged. Any player who previously owned a Shirakaze Fan will automatically receive the Cursed Staff instead.
