- Improve pre-tutorial: added info about camera controls, removed confusing steps, added targets to pirates and messaging around how to fight.
- Improve Restless Ghosts: add more steps to quest, highlight quest progress indicator when advancing in quest, and improve some clunky interactions around crafting and making/using/equipping the ghostspeak amulet.
Small things
- Allow moving camera with left mouse button on PC.
- Fix issue where Cap'n Raven's dialogue wouldn't pop up after killing last pirate in pre-tutorial.
- Add chat hide/show toggle.
- Change color-coded quest progress to icons.

- Copy fixes to Restless Ghosts.
- Improve chat blocking the UI on mobile.
