1. Add a new creation assassin hero-Mei
2. Add the battle effect preview function of heroes(check in the hero interface, temporarily only the access to of Mei has been added, and other will be gradually opened in the future)
3. Add the 19th level of mini-game (open after 10-10)
4. Add hero feature tags, the stronger the hero, the feature tag will display higher quality color (for now, this tag is only added for some natural 5-star and rare heroes)
5. Add the performance effect when the hero energy is full in the battle. Now when the hero gains another 100 points of energy, there will be a different performance effect.
6. Fix the bug than happened when repeatedly buying smash tickets in Impasse Space
